Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Order issues
Because these are sensitive research materials, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items. If something is not right with your order, reach out and we will work with you.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear after it is processed.
