We currently ship to destinations within the United States. Any delivery windows we provide are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility and title for the products transfer to you. SOMA Research is not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Full details are outlined on our Returns & Refunds page. All sales are final: once an order is placed it cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled. Where we make a verifiable fulfillment error - the wrong item, a missing item, or damage that occurred in transit before delivery - we will replace the affected items at our sole discretion, provided you report the issue within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier and supply complete documentation, including a full unboxing video and photographs of the packaging, contents, and packing slip. Once a carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package passes to you; we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, and we do not issue cash refunds or store credit. We are not responsible for improper storage, handling, or reconstitution of products once they have been delivered.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of any SOMA Research product is undertaken at your sole and exclusive risk. SOMA Research supplies research chemicals intended only for in-vitro laboratory use. By buying any product, you voluntarily assume every risk associated with it — including, without limitation, risks arising from improper storage, handling, contamination, degradation, misuse, or any application of the product to a human or animal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any and all claims against SOMA Research arising from your use or misuse of products.
